At Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every sip. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right.

Return Process

    Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your request.

    Verify Product Integrity

    Ensure that non-perishable items are in their original packaging; please note that roasted coffee is handled on a case-by-case basis due to its perishable nature.

    Ship Your Return

    Once authorized, pack your items securely and use the provided return label or your preferred carrier to send the package back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
